When we cut our USDA Prime New York Steaks there is an end-section of each strip loin that is beautifully marbled and delicious, but has some connective material. These have been a bit of an office secret that we?ve enjoyed, but a few knowledgeable customers started asking about our end-cuts. We?re now offering these to all our customers at special pricing. You might have to make a couple more cuts with your knife, but these New York steaks are as savory and tasty as our standard New York Steaks.
STEAK TEMPERATURE GUIDE
Here are the magic numbers you?ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The New York steaks will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.
